We Respect Agents and Landlords agreement

We are tenants and our business is based in working with Estate Agents to find suitable properties. We totally understand that agents have an agreement direct with the landlord and we will not interfere with e.g. renewal clauses or any other arrangements.

We take properties immediately

We can take on properties immediately without any fuss. We usually make an immediate decisions on taking a property and often start a tenancy the same or next day of viewing. However we are also flexible if a landlord needs more time. The date

Fast return of all contract documents

We pride ourselves in our fast turnaround. With us there is not chasing for documents, contract signatures, deposit payments, first month of rent, holding fees etc. We are very professional about these and value the agents time.

Rent Payment on time

We are happy to pay the rent to the estate agent or direct to the landlord however it is agreed in the agents terms and conditions.

Agent renewal agreement

Our involvement dose not effect any renewal agreement and subsequent fees an agent has agreed with a landlord. We totally respect the landlord / estate agent relationship.

HMO licence

We understand it’s the landlords responsibility however we have great relationships with councils around London and are happy to help and assist. Many properties are HMO’s and don’t even need a license while others do. Its often confusing but our experiences tell us that council are very approachable on this subject and more than willing to work with us to get it right.
