- Up to £500 – we repair or replace any appliances. This is £500 for each occurrence which should cover most if not all issues.

- We guarantee – Any replacements or work carried out must be in keeping with the same standard that the items were in at time of the time we took the property on. (reasonable wear and tear). Most of the time it will have improved.
- We keep you informed – We keep our landlords informed about any repairs that have been carried out so you always know what is going on.
- We let you choose – When an appliance/item requires replacing, Pro House will provide either like for like or give the landlords up to 3 different options of the same standard to choose from.
