ProHouse Ltd. was created by people who have both, lived in overpriced bad London flats and rented out property to tenants who did not take care of the landlord’s investment.

We decided there must be a better way and therefore formed ProHouse Ltd.

ProHouse is not an estate agents. Agents like working with us because they know they can recommend us to their landlords.

We rent properties from landlords and become your tenant. We understand landlords want full market rent and find a tenant who will take care of their property. We guarantee we will.

We rent your property to corporate or professional tenants and take care of all management.

Pro House Ltd. is a participate of The London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS) launched in 2004 to accredit organisations who rent out premises in the private residential sector, or who are considering becoming landlords. Organisations include sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.

The aims of the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS) and UK Landlord Accreditation Partnership (UKLAP) are to provide landlord organisations with information and professional development opportunities to:-

Allow them to operate successful businesses
Provide their tenants with safe and high quality accommodation
Reduce the need for intervention from local authorities

The LLAS/UKLAP supports and encourages the continuous professional development (CPD) of its members so that they are able to maintain, improve and broaden their knowledge and skills to a sufficiently high standard of professional competence in the management of landlords/tenants issues and of property standards.
