Instead of just informing you every time something breaks, we will arrange to fix it. We keep in good repair the appliances, plumbing, heating system, mechanical and electrical equipment at your property.

We pay you a deposit

We pay a deposit to landlords as a warranty for the unlikely event there are any damages after the agreement has ended.

Guaranteed Rent paid to you with no gaps or delays

We are responsible for paying the rent to you. Payments are made by BACS into your bank account without any delay on the payment date as stated in the tenancy agreement. The rent is guaranteed, even if the property is temporarily empty. We will ALWAYS pay you the full rent as outlined in our agreement.

All utility bills and council tax are paid on time

We pay all bills and council tax direct. All tenants enjoy a property without the tiring and time consuming task of having to split bills or to remember to pay the bills every month.

All tenants are carefully vetted

We ask for completion of an application form followed by a tenant interview. If a tenant is successful we next obtain references from employers and previous landlords. All tenants are fully credit checked before being considered. This ensures that we choose the right tenants.

Regular Property checks

Because we take care of the cleaning, the Pro House cleaners will immediately make note of any maintenance that needs to be carried out. On top of that we carry out regular site visits and inspections of all properties. All maintenance issues will be assessed to ensure tenants are fully comply with the terms of their contract. We also carry out H&S checks, fire alarm tests, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector tests. This is part of the service we offer to all tenants and landlords.
