We only rent properties which we would be happy to live in ourselves. They are all in perfect condition and if something breaks, we have procedures in place to make sure it gets fixed or replaced.

All utility bills are included in your rent

We understand your busy lifestyle. Therefore we take care of ALL the bills. So you don’t have to worry about paying them on time or working them out with your flat/housemates, giving you less responsibility and more freedom to enjoy life.

Professional house cleaning provided

Cleaning your home can be tiring and time consuming and cleaning rotas are not always workable. So we also do this for you every week.

Short-term renewable tenancy agreement

Short-term contracts which can be renewed in order to fulfill your stay according to your needs. We understand that personal circumstance can change. Not having to enter into long-term contracts with ProHouse Ltd. means that you can manage your life more easily and without the pressure of a long-term commitment.

Low Deposits

Renting a room from us doesn’t mean that you will be required to delve into your savings to pay the usual 4 or 6 weeks’ deposit. We keep our deposits low but therefore spend a little more effort in trying to find the perfect tenant.

We always try to place prospective tenants into properties with tenants we think will get on. You will also have your say and can be involved in future selections. It’s your home after all.
